We had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday in Seattle and this location was absolutely perfect. The views of the ocean and mountains were exactly what I wanted, it was breathtaking. Michael and Gina were both responsive, which I appreciated. If we find our way back to the area I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

The location is wonderful! It truly was just steps from the beach. You can’t see it but it’s incredibly close! We walked 1 block to Alki Coffee every morning and would then take a walk down the beach. We never ate in the townhouse but the kitchen was large and clean. Michael, and or one of his daughters, was quick to respond to any questions we had and recommended several places to eat. If you have a car, the reserved parking space is incredible. My sister stayed at another Airbnb and had no place to park.

My grandparents and mother had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. They were very flexible with us as we had to book it last minute and within an hour they were able to get inside the apartment. Very communicative and responded swiftly when we had a soap dispenser fall off the wall. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kirkland!

This was such an incredible stay! I don't Airbnb very often at all and I was so surprised at how hands on Michael and team were ready to be if needed. They were really good about checking in periodically to make sure that everything was up to par but also leaving space for us to enjoy our vacation. The property itself was incredible! It had so much character and a fun personality to it. You can tell they put a lot of thought into curating such a unique and exciting experience by the theme and decor that was set up. Loved the private patio that was fully equip with a fire pit so after a long day we could all come home, hang out, and bond around a fire. You just don't get that staying in a hotel! But they also laid out little toiletries and whatnot as if we were in a hotel. Truly this stay was a 10/10, we got the best of both worlds in a homey setting while still feeling like we were being tended too as if we stayed somewhere with an onsite staff. You will not regret booking here!!!

Michael’s is a beautiful apartment, elegantly appointed and spotless clean. We were thankful for the many thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes, extra towels and blankets. We had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was fully equipped as well. We’d certainly come back and recommend to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. As hosts, Michael and Gina did a fantastic job of checking in often and responding quickly.

Wonderful location and house was as described. Felt luxurious!! Was perfect for the family weekend getaway. LOVED the view and was grateful for the AC. All communications were clear, timely, supportive and helpful. Would stay again.

My family of four loved our stay! We were on the run a lot and didn’t have a ton of time to just enjoy the space (ie didn’t get to cook in the kitchen or use the wine glasses ;)), we did use the espresso machine, delicious!! The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of good spots to eat (the ice cream shop right next door is yummy!) and close enough to the touristy things too. I read another review that said it was like staying at a friend’s place and I would second that. The decor is great. Helpful instructions posted throughout. Thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes and sleep masks were included.

It was perfect for us, do we could cook in each day well equipped with all cooking utensils and everything was clean and tidy. Loved the wall decorations, very comfortable beds and pillows.

Great location by the bay — quiet, walkable, and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The assigned parking was a big plus too. The space looked just like the photos and had a cozy vibe. I really appreciated all the small touches: detergent, individual hygiene supplies in the bathroom, even umbrellas — super thoughtful! There were also some board games, which is a nice bonus if you’re traveling with a group. Overall, I loved the attention to detail. Thank you for making the stay so easy and comfortable.

The best place in the best neighborhood! It is only a small walk to beautiful views, ice cream, restaurants and grocery stores which made our vacation so much easier! Hosts are very responsive and assisted us during our stay. I will definitely be coming back here when I come to seattle again.
