Entry to the rooftop is PROHIBITED except to access the ladder in event of an emergency. Do not go on this rooftop just to hang out. It is a large safety risk. Please stay safe and be SMART! ✅ Please turn off the gas hookup to the BBQ when the grill is not in use. ✅ No smoking indoors. Please go outside if you wish to smoke or vape. $350 smoke remediation fee for evidence of smoking indoors. ✅ Dogs are allowed but must be well behaved/well trained! To account for the extra cleaning needed, we charge an additional fee for bringing a pet. ✅ We do not allow parties or boisterous events in order to prevent damage to the property. ✅ For stays over 14 days, we require additional cleanings and fees every two weeks.
