Downstairs is the living room with comfy sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, blender, mixer and other appliances. The dining room sits 6 comfortably, plus there are 2 barstools for the counter. There is also a guest bathroom between the kitchen and living room on the ground level. It is a place to stay and enjoy all that Lynnwood and Seattle and have to offer. Therefore: - Quiet hours after 9pm and before 8am. - NO SMOKING - $150 Smoke Remediation Fee if evidence of smoking is found. - NO PARTIES – If there is a party, there will be immediate cancellation of the reservation plus $300 penalty fee. - No Pets – If pet hair is found, there will be an extra $150 cleaning fee + penalty. - No guests (other than what you've told us) without prior approval. SECURITY Electronic Lock at the front door automatically locks after 4 minutes, so don’t lock yourself out! FIRST AID KIT/FIRE EXTINGUISHER There is a basic first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the unit.
