Welcome to our sweet 3-story townhome in Alki! Located on a friendly and peaceful residential street, you are 1/2 block from the Beach. Rustic and elegantly styled, you have a beautiful and large fully-fenced outdoor patio space, fast WiFi, full kitchen, brand new washer+dryer, dedicated work room/sitting room, and Roku-fitted TVs. Two Queen beds + high quality American Leather Queen sleeper sofa in the living room! Perfect for families or small groups. -- While the main street of Alki can be busy, loud and full of hustle and bustle (especially during the summer season), you are located on a more peaceful and private residential street, yet still only 1/2 block away from the beach and all of the great dining and activities Alki has to offer. Great option for those visiting the area who want close access to the main strip, but desire a little more tranquility and privacy! Parking can be difficult in this area, again especially in the summer, but here you will always have a dedicated parking spot. This townhome has a beautiful and spacious front patio that is fully-fenced and only accessible from inside the house. When you walk in, you'll find yourself in the main entryway/landing. Here is a coat closet as well as the bottom-floor room: An office/workspace/studio with its own desk and seating, that can also function as a nice sitting room or indoor/outdoor space in the warm seasons. In this room you'll find the sliding glass doors that give you access to the patio. There is also a spacious closet in this room. Going up the stairs, you'll find the main floor which hosts the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is also a 1/4 bathroom on this floor. Our full kitchen is well-appointed and includes stainless steel appliances as well as a breakfast bar where you can sit, dine or chat. Brand new fridge and microwave. The rest of this floor is open-concept and includes the dining room and living area. Our living area is stylish, cozy and cute! High quality red suede American Leather queen sleeper sofa is extremely comfortable, both as a sofa and when pulled out as a bed. Large TV with Roku, board games, and additional seating. Very unique wood slab coffee table! There is also an additional balcony adjoining the living room, perfect for perching yourself outside with a morning cup of coffee. On the top floor you'll find the bedrooms, main bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a stylish shower, as well as its own personal balcony. Queen bed, very roomy closets, as well as a dresser and a TV. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed, closet, dresser, and TV.
House Rules
- Quiet Hours are from 9pm-8am: we are in a residential neighborhood community so please be respectful of neighbors at all times - No additional guests allowed without prior approval - No drugs or weapons allowed on premises - No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will have to walk off the property to the street if you wish to smoke or vape anything. If there is any evidence that smoking has taken place on the premises, there will be a $350 ADDITIONAL FINE. - For stays over 14 days we require additional cleanings and fees every two weeks. - We require the person booking to stay at the property, acting as the responsible party. The booking guest must be at least 21+ years old with an available ID. - We strictly enforce our no parties/gatherings rule. You will be asked to leave without a refund if this rule is violated. - We may not be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out due to demand, guest bookings, and cleaner scheduling. Please respect our 4pm check-in time and 11am check-out times unless other agreed-to arrangements have been made. - No pets allowed. If there is any evidence that a pet or other animal was brought on the premises, there will be a $350 ADDITIONAL FINE. - Children are welcome but we do not have any child-proofing in the house and ask that if bringing children you will respect our quiet times and keep an eye on them at all times.
Other Details to Note
Please note that the fireplace in the living room is NOT CURRENTLY FUNCTIONAL! We are working on getting the gas hookup repaired, but we apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime. We are working on it, but please be aware that it does not work currently. Please note that the home has radiant heating, so it takes a while for the temperature to adjust. There is no central AC, but in the hot summer months we are planning to purchase portable AC units.

Neighborhood
Alki Beach is unique in Seattle. One of the few sandy beaches in the area, and perhaps the most popular beach in the summer. With plenty of shared bikes and scooters for rent, jogging/biking path, fire pits, picnic tables and a bathhouse/art studio, this beach is popular year-round. Verdict: Alki Beach is awesome! Plus, it is a Seattle City park, so the public has access. Most beaches in Washington State are classified as private property, so having this amazing beach park open to everyone is truly special. Alki Beach Park is also part of the renowned "Whale Trail", a series of sites to view whales and other marine mammals from shore along the Pacific Coast. The best time to see orca whales from Alki is during the fall and winter, when the southern resident pods return to this area. West Seattle itself is also a gem. The birthplace of modern Seattle, West Seattle has always had a small town vibe due to the fact that it is on the other side of the Puget Sound from the downtown hustle/bustle/chaos, but is easily accessible by Water Taxi, bus, car, ride share, etc.
Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire townhome, secured by an electronic lock with a smart keypad on the front door. Simply enter your unique code, and you're in! Please note that while there is a garage on the property, it is not currently available for parking. It is actually quite compact and would be difficult for large cars to park in, so it is being used for our supplies storage-- your reserved parking space will be right in front of the garage door, rather than inside of the garage. This area is at the back of the house, within the complex of townhomes, and is NOT on or facing the street (so is private and secure).
