Our home has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and a dedicated parking spot. NEW: There are new permanently installed air conditioning/heating inverter units in the main living area and each bedroom plus ceiling fans in each bedroom to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Location: Less than 250 steps separate you from great restaurants, outdoor recreation, and of course, excellent coffee and other treats. This home is ideal for experiencing Seattle’s most popular beach and photogenic spots. Want to explore downtown Seattle? You're just ½ block from a free shuttle that takes you to the Water Taxi that whisks you across Elliot Bay right to Seattle’s waterfront for walking access to Pike Place Market, historic Pioneer Square, and great Chinese/Thai/Japanese/Vietnamese food in the International District. The sports stadiums of Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders are also right there as is the light rail station for access to the rest of Seattle and SeaTac airport..
House Rules
We want guests to have a great time but expect them to be good neighbors and very respectful of the other families in the building and surrounding area. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. This is a family building so no parties allowed. There are 2 full staircases, so please be careful if you are staying with infants and/or elderly. There are baby gates in the master bedroom closet available for use. Also, please make sure to only use the one off-street parking spot provided (farthest one to the left) as all the other spots are already assigned. Additional cars can be parked on the street.

The drive also includes the historic spot on Alki Beach where the first white settlers arrived in Seattle and spent the winter of 1851 before retreating to the less blustery site on Elliot Bay that became downtown.
