• Make sure you do not lose your card key! Otherwise you will need to pay a $250 fee for its replacement. Thank you. • The same applies for the garage fob. If you lose it, you will have to pay a fee for its replacement. • Please do not wear shoes inside of the unit. • No package or mailing acceptance at the location. Use nearby Amazon Locker or shipping offices. • NO SMOKING! $300 added fine for evidence of smoking in the unit. • No pets - $250 added fine.
Other Details to Note
• Please note that the Air Conditioning provided is a portable AC unit. The unit does not have central air conditioning. • There is free street parking right outside the building, but we do have a reserved spot in the garage. Garage parking requires an extra flat fee proportional to the length of your stay as the building charges us to reserve the spot. • We can guarantee the reserved garage parking for a single car; if you have more than one car we will likely be able to accommodate it, but we only have one garage fob. • PLEASE NOTE: As the unit is very close to Highway 405, you may encounter a good deal of highway noise when opening the windows. • No package or mailing acceptance at the location. Use nearby Amazon Locker or shipping offices.
