Guest Access

Your unit is the bottom floor of this duplex home. When you come across the front of the building from the street, that is NOT your entrance -- That front door goes to the upstairs unit, which is a separate apartment. Go around to the back of the building, and you'll see a parking lot. Park on the left side, as close as possible to the neighbor's shed on the left. You will see the entrance to your unit here after the fence -- it is on the east side of the building, and you will know it by seeing the bistro tables like you see in the listing photos, as well as the newly painted teal door.

Our trip was not a vacation, but a stay to help our sick daughter. So the Airbnb was such a comfort to come back to after a day’s hospital visit. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is so incredibly well stocked, and we enjoyed lounging and watching television on the lovely velvet sectional. Especially important to us was the stackable washer and dryer. The neighborhood is very pleasant to walk around and, of course, it is a short walk to Green Lake. Michael and Gina were very flexible in extending our stay twice at very fair rates. Good communicators and rapid responses.

Great, comfortable stay. Looked like it did in the pictures. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was great to have the washer/dryer AND the off-street parking available! And we LOVE this area of the city! We'd definitely stay here again in our future visits to Seattle.
