• Make sure you do not lose your card key! Otherwise you will need to pay a $250 fee for its replacement. Thank you. • The same applies for the garage fob. If you lose it, you will have to pay a fee for its replacement. • Please do not wear shoes inside of the unit. • No package or mailing acceptance at the location. Use nearby Amazon Locker or shipping offices. • NO SMOKING! $300 added fine for evidence of smoking inside the unit. • No pets - $250 added fine

Other Details to Note

• Please note that the unit does not have central air conditioning. We have three portable AC units available. • There is free street parking right outside the building, but we do have a reserved spot in the garage. Garage parking requires an extra flat fee proportional to the length of your stay as the building charges us to reserve the spot. • We can guarantee the reserved garage parking for a single car; if you have more than one car we will likely be able to accommodate it, but we only have one garage fob. • PLEASE NOTE: As the unit is very close to Highway 405, you may encounter a good deal of highway noise when opening the windows. • No package or mailing acceptance at the location. Use nearby Amazon Locker or shipping offices.

This was our second stay in Michael’s place and it was amazing as the last. Last time we were in the one bedroom and this time we did the two bedroom. The unit has everything you need and then some. TVs in every room and clean appliances if you intend to use them. Parking was a breeze. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to come to Seattle area, very easy access from the 405 with beautiful fall colour views from the balcony and surrounding windows.

Had a nice stay at Michael and Gina's place. They were very responsive and were able to accommodate a few things that we had requested right away. The location and apartment is fantastic with convenient location to Totem Lake. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Overall- good place to spend time with the family

My grandparents and mother had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. They were very flexible with us as we had to book it last minute and within an hour they were able to get inside the apartment. Very communicative and responded swiftly when we had a soap dispenser fall off the wall. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kirkland!
