Welcome to our spacious 3bdrm/2.5bath townhouse-style condo close to everything the city has to offer but nestled in the trees to give the feel of a cozy cabin in the woods. Located across the street from restaurants and shops and a short walk to the University of Puget Sound, the waterfront and downtown Tacoma. Wifi, 70" smart TV and 1 parking space. We've fully loaded the property with everything you and your family could need to make this your home away from home while visiting the PNW.
Good to know
Your safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to us when staying in our property! We want you to know that we sanitize all surfaces, bedding, linens, etc. in between every guest. We also supply toilet paper, disinfecting products, hand soap, body wash, paper towels, tissue and many other extras for your use while you stay with us. Please don't hesitate to ask if there is anything else you might need to make your stay more comfortable. You have access to the entire condo during your stay including 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and a king bed in the master), 2 full bathrooms (1 w/tub, 1 with shower), 1 half bathroom on the main level, 2 living rooms (a formal on the main level and a TV/game room in the basement), kitchen loaded with all the essentials including a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Ninja blender, expandable dining table to seat up to 6 and laundry room. There is a small deck off the basement living room with large BBQ grill and views of the ravine below with lots of wildlife crossing through.
House Rules
✅ Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am: we are in community of attached units so please be respectful of neighbors at all times ✅ No additional guests allowed without prior approval ✅ No drugs or weapons allowed on premises ✅ No smoking or vaping allowed on premises; this community does not allow smoking of any kind on the property. You will have to walk to the street if you wish to smoke or vape anything. ✅ For stays over 14 days we require additional cleanings and fees every two weeks. ✅ We require the person booking to stay at the property, acting as the responsible party. ID Verification is required to book. ✅ We strictly enforce our no parties/gatherings rule. ✅ We may not be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out due to demand, guest bookings and cleaner scheduling. Please respect our 4pm check-in time and 11am check-out times unless other agreed-to arrangements have been made. ✅ No pets allowed though please note the owners do bring their dog on premises so we are not an allergen free property. ✅ Children are welcome but we do not have any child-proofing in the house and ask that if bringing children you are respecting our quiet times due to neighbor's attached to us.

*Please note, the unit is multi-level with the main living area as you enter. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and a bedroom, balcony w/barbeque and a den with a huge TV downstairs. *We require the person booking to stay at the property, acting as the responsible party. The booking guest must be at least 21+ years old, with available ID. *Please review all House Rules before booking. *We strictly enforce our no parties or gatherings rules. Any additional guests to those on the reservation must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
We are nestled between the Historic Old-Town district and the beautiful North End of Tacoma. Very central and an easy commute to nearly any part of Tacoma. We are on a major bus line for easy access around town. It is about a 15 minute walk to the University of Puget Sound, 20 minute walk to the waterfront or the hip Proctor Districts. Downtown is about 2 miles away and the Tacoma Dome is about 4 miles. Walk across the street to the local bar/restaurant, coffee shop, wine bar or spa.
Guest Access
The small parking lot has 1 designated space for our unit which you are welcome to use while staying here. There is also free street parking throughout the neighborhood though none directly in front of the unit. This is a condo and the neighboring units are attached so please be aware of the close proximity to neighbors and be considerate with noise and when passing through the common areas. We have a quiet little community so please keep this in mind when booking. Our neighborhood is very walkable and everything you might need is within a few minutes of the property.

There is 1 designated parking space on the property for our unit. If you are bringing multiple vehicles you will have to find additional street parking in the neighborhood. Most of Tacoma is a short drive away and we’re close to a major bus route to make the Proctor District, Cheney Stadium (for Rainier’s games), University of Puget Sound (UPS) and the Tacoma Hospitals an easy commute. Uber and Lyft are very easy and reasonable in this area. Or you can catch the train up to Seattle.
