Please go outside if you wish to smoke or vape anything. ‼️If there is any evidence that smoking has taken place inside the home, there will be a $350 ADDITIONAL FINE. ✅ For longer term stays, we require in-stay cleanings at cost to lessen the burden on our cleaners at the end of your stay and it ensures we won't need to charge you for a deep clean after your stay. ✅ No additional guests allowed without prior approval ✅ We require the person booking to stay at the property, acting as the responsible party. ID Verification is required to book. ✅ We do not allow parties or boisterous events in order to prevent damage to the property, as well as respecting our neighbors (both in regards to noise and parking space/street presence) as this is a small residential neighborhood. ✅ We may not be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out due to demand, guest bookings and cleaner scheduling. Please respect our 4pm check-in time and 11am check-out times unless other agreed-to arrangements have been made. ✅ No pets allowed: $350 added fine ✅ We discourage young children from staying at this property due to the stairs and decks. If you are staying with children or elderly guests, please be careful and ensure that children are supervised at all times.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES: • Please be aware that this is an older home and the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper and narrower than normal staircases. Please be extra mindful and careful while on these stairs. • Be smart and be safe while using the decks! Do not allow children on the decks unsupervised. If children are sleeping in the flex room or the master bedroom, make sure the deck doors remain locked while children are unsupervised or sleeping. PROPERTY NOTES: • There is a private 2-BR unit downstairs which we are not renting at this time (though stay tuned!), but its entrance is in the back and wholly separate. •Also, the the backyard is NOT part of the rental so we do not have the right to go back there, or use it in any way. •There is also a second, smaller home on the property located in the backyard. We do not own and are not associated with this home; it is a private residence, they are a neighbor. → You might see them walking through the driveway to access their home in the back, or getting mail from the mailboxes up front. → Please note that the back garden belongs to them— it is NOT OUR GARDEN, it is theirs, so please simply enjoy its beautiful view instead of going inside the garden. Only the front half of the property is ours; the back half belongs to this neighbor.
